What hospital visitors say about us:
"When you walk into the entrance, I feel like I'm walking into Nordstrom.
You hear classical music playing, its relaxing and I LOVE the elderly volunteers wearing the blue jackets. They are SO CUTE.
The interior is very nice, modern, nice for a hospital. Makes you feel fresh and clean."

A Sacred Zone is a space marked out on the floor in front of the area where the nurse pulls and prepares meds. This signifies that no one should cross into the space or talk to the RN who is in the zone.
Volunteers, as well as staff members, should at all times respect the nurse’s undivided attention to medicine preparation and distribution.
